Welcome to the RedWest Festival website! This website, mobile application, or service is owned and operated by RedWest LLC (“Festival,” “us,” “our,” or “we”).
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) set forth the terms and conditions under which you are authorized to use our website, including any website where these Terms of Use are posted, and any subdomains and mobile versions (collectively, the “Site”), use our mobile applications (the “Mobile App”), or interact with our other on-site or web-enabled technologies, such as on-premise WiFi, Bluetooth beacons, and interactive kiosks. We may refer to the Mobile App, Site, and these related web-enabled technologies collectively as our “Digital Services.”
Description of Service
Our Digital Services are intended primarily for informational purposes. We provide information about the RedWest Festival and related events, our Digital Services, our company, our partners, and sponsors, and we may provide links for you to purchase tickets through third-party ticketing services.
Modifications and Interruption to the Digital Services
Your Representations
As a condition of your right to use our Digital Services, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that you are not a person barred from accessing the Digital Services under the laws of the United States or any other country.
Restricted Activities
You may not engage in any of the following with regard to the Digital Services (including without limitation posting or transmitting content through the Digital Services), and you agree not to use the Digital Services to:
(1) violate or encourage the violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation; (2) collect or store personal data about other users of our Digital Services or solicit personal information from any individual; (3) impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (4) send or promote any message that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, abusive, sexually explicit, threatening, vulgar, obscene, profane, disparaging regarding racial, gender, or ethnic background, any statement that you have reason to know is false or misleading, or otherwise objectionable messages, as determined by the Festival in its sole discretion; (5) infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or privacy, or other right of any party, or distribute any content you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (6) promote or distribute any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or material which can be characterized as “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or similar material, any request for or solicitation of money, goods, or services for private gain, or any information posted primarily for advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes; (7) disrupt or interfere with the security or use of the Digital Services or any websites or content linked to them; (8) interfere with or damage the Digital Services, including, without limitation, through the use of viruses, Trojan horses, harmful code, denial of service attacks, packet or IP spoofing, forged routing or email address information or similar methods or technology or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to our Digital Services; (9) attempt to use another user’s account, impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, including (without limitation) the Festival, our any third party, or create or use a false identity; (10) attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Digital Services or portions thereof that are restricted from general access; (11) use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing the Festival’s (or any third party partner or sponsor’s) name, trademarks, or product names; (12) attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise derive or obtain the code in any form for any software used in the Digital Services; (13) engage in any activity that interferes with any third party’s ability to use or enjoy the Digital Services; or (14) assist any third party in engaging in any activity prohibited by these Terms of Use.
Further, without our written consent, you may not:
(1) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose any Festival content or any use of or access to the Digital Services; (2) use any high volume, automated, or electronic means (including, without limitation, robots, spiders, scripts, or other automated devices) to access the Digital Services or monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon; (3) deep link to the Digital Services for any purpose; or frame the Digital Services, place pop-up windows over any content, or otherwise affect the display of the Digital Services.

Weather
RedWest Festival is a rain-or-shine event. Performances may proceed in inclement weather unless festival organizers determine that conditions, including but not limited to lightning, high winds, or other severe weather, pose a risk to attendees, artists, or staff.
In the event of weather-related delays, interruptions, artist cancellations, or evacuations, the festival reserves the right to modify the schedule as necessary.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to weather-related circumstances.

Ticket and Wristband Policy
All Sales are FINAL – No refunds or exchanges
Only wristbands purchased through Showclix or our verified ticket exchange, Tixel, are valid.
Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off
Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE
Do NOT remove between days, stretch, or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry
If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced
Wristbands that are too tight, damaged, lost, or stolen can be replaced for the original purchaser, ONE TIME ONLY at a fee of $25.00 USD
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
The wristband is a revocable license to attend RedWest and you, the Holder, are subject to RedWest’s policies and protocols. RedWest reserves the right to revoke the wristband without refund at any time if RedWest, in its sole discretion, finds that Holder is noncompliant with festival protocols, is a safety risk, has violated any RedWest or Venue policy or law, or may bring RedWest into disrepute. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers incident to Holder attending the Festival, including the risk of personal injury and loss of or damage to Holder’s property. Holder releases RedWest, its assignees, and the Venue from all liability associated with the access granted by Holder’s wristband at the Festival. Unlawful sale or attempted sale is prohibited. Unauthorized use and/or duplication of the wristband, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of RedWest is strictly prohibited.
RedWEST ULTIMATE GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES
Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on Friday, July 24 and ends on Sunday, August 2nd at 6p.m. MDT.
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of all 50 U.S. states aged 21 and older.

Prize: One winner to receive four VIP+ tickets to RedWest Music Festival in Salt Lake City, Utah, scheduled for October 16-17, 2026. 4 Meet & Greet passes for Koe Wetzel. $500 Delta Airlines Gift Card. 4 Custom Hat vouchers for GIGI PIP. Two complimentary hotel rooms at Hotel Monaco.
Prize Conditions: Tickets are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed.
Two hotel rooms at the Monaco for lodging are included for the nights of October 15,16 and 17. Checkout will be subject to hotel policies on October 18.
$500.00 Delta Airlines gift card will be provided to winner. Additional travel expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.
All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guests must be at least 21 years of age and must abide by all Festival and venue policies. RedWest reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue/Festival personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Festival policy or law, or may bring Prize Provider into disrepute. Winner and guest must have a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID for identification purposes and to claim tickets. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending a festival in a public place and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Prize Provider. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, winner must agree to ticketing Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status, and are subject to change at any time. Any difference between the above stated ARV and the actual retail value of the Prize will not be awarded.

Winner Selection & Notification Selection Method:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on August 2nd, 2026
Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message, then shared via comment section of giveaway post, as well as Country Chord’s Instagram story.
Claim Period: The potential winner must respond to the notification within 12 hours or the tickets may be forfeited.
Delivery: Winner will be able to pick up the tickets at the Festival box office. All additional prizes will be sent out to winner digitally via email.
Alternate Winner: If a potential winner is disqualified, fails to respond, an alternate winner will be selected via random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Publicity and Release
Publicity: By entering the contest, participants agree that if they are selected as a winner, the Sponsor may use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Prize Provider and their parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
If the event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed due to weather, artist cancellations, venue decisions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the giveaway sponsor assumes no responsibility and no replacement prize or cash value will be provided. Meet and greet passes subject to change*
