Thursday Night Concert - FAQ
What is the Thursday Night Concert?
The Thursday Night Concert is a special kickoff show to start the festival weekend. More details, including the lineup, will be announced soon.
When will the lineup be announced?
The Thursday night lineup will be released at a later date. Stay tuned to our social channels and email updates for the announcement.
Is the Thursday Night Concert included with my ticket?
The Thursday Night Concert is included for:
- Alumni ticket buyers
- VIP ticket buyers
- VIP+ ticket buyers

Do I need a festival ticket to attend?
Yes. You must have a valid 2026 festival ticket to attend the Thursday Night Concert.
Can I buy a Thursday-only ticket?
At this time, access to the Thursday Night Concert is only available to select ticket holders listed above.
Where is the Thursday Night Concert located?
Details on the location and entry information will be shared closer to the event.
What time does the Thursday Night Concert start?
The timing of the concert will be announced closer to the event and sent directly to your email.
Will there be more information released?
Yes—additional details including set times, entry instructions, and lineup will be shared as we get closer to the festival.
ALLOWED & PROHIBITED ITEMS
What is the bag policy at RedWest?
Fully CLEAR bags made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC, and no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”
Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6” x 9” or smaller are allowed and do not need to be clear.
Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid.
Parents attending with children will be allowed to bring in one diaper bag. This bag should be soft-sided and have no locked compartments. The bag will be subject to a respectful security screening and search upon entering the festival. This will be the same procedure for breast pumps. Parents that are bringing in formula or breast milk will be allowed one small, soft-sided cooler no bigger than 12” X 9” X 9”, this cooler will be subject to security screening and search as well. PROHIBITED ITEMS
What items are prohibited at RedWest?
- NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND – Including Firearms, Pocket Knives, Pepper Spray, etc. These items will be confiscated via Local Authorities and Police.
- NO Fireworks, Open Fires, Flammable Products, Projectiles, or Explosives
- NO Outside Food or Beverages (THIS INCLUDES ALCOHOL)
- NO Glass of any kind
- NO Umbrellas
- NO Drones or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
- NO Markers, Pens, or Spray Paint
- NO Lasers or Pointer Devices
- NO Tanks of Compressed Air, Helium, Nitrous, etc.
- NO Illegal Substances, Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia
- NO Unsealed Over the Counter Medications or Vitamins
- NO Opened Gum, Opened Chapstick, Vicks Inhaler, VapoInhalers (must have lid or cap)
- NO Animals (Except Service Animals)
- NO Large Headdresses
- NO Stuffed Animals or Dolls
- NO Umbrellas, Hammocks, or Chairs
- NO Unsealed Cigarette Packs or Pre-Filled Refillable Vape Devices
- NO Unsealed Tampons, Liquid Makeup, Aerosol Sunscreen or unsealed toiletry items (must have lid or cap)
- NO Musical Instruments (including Whistles, etc)
- NO Tactical Gear, Walkie Talkies, etc.
- NO Professional Recording Equipment – Photo, Video, or Audio (Including Detachable Lenses, Tripods, Go-Pro Sticks, etc). No Selfie Sticks.
- NO Totems which contain metal or wooden pieces, sharpened elements, or are capable of being pounded into the ground or hurting others. Totems and flags without these pieces are deemed safe and adhering to these guidelines will be allowed.
- NO Blankets or chairs
- NO Coolers or carts of any kind (including Red Wagons)
- NO Items deemed as posing a threat to the safe enjoyment of the concert by management.
Are strollers allowed at RedWest?
Yes, soft sided strollers are allowed at RedWest. Strollers are subject to search by festival security. No wagons or bassinet strollers.
Ex:
Can I bring a water bottle?
Patrons are allowed to bring their own empty canteen or water bottles to use at our free water stations. No glass water bottles allowed. Water bottle must be empty upon entry.
TICKETS
Is there single day tickets available?
For 2026 we do not have single-day passes available for purchase. All passes are two-day passes.
REVOCABLE LICENSE
The wristband is a revocable license to attend RedWest. RedWest reserves the right to revoke or cancel this license without refund at any time if the Holder:
Violates festival or venue policies
Violates any law
Engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior
Fails to comply with festival staff or security instructions
Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the festival, including the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
Holder releases and holds harmless RedWest, its owners, staff, vendors, partners, and venue from any claims arising from attendance at the Festival.
Unauthorized resale, duplication, or transfer of wristbands is strictly prohibited. Wristbands may be voided without refund if resold or transferred in violation of festival policy.

Where can I buy tickets?

Is there an official place to resell tickets?
Fans have the ability to sell and purchase through Tixel. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the festival, you can also use the exchange to resell your tickets.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes! You can update the name on your ticket or order by visiting the MyTickets Portal and making the adjustment directly there. If you cannot access your account, please contact Leap or submit a request at this link.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
Please stay tuned for 2026 upgrade information.
Will there be a Wristband Exchange this year?
No. RedWest will not be offering a wristband exchange this year.
All wristbands will be shipped directly to the original ticket purchaser in advance of the festival. This allows guests to arrive festival-ready and helps us eliminate long box office lines and entry delays.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as wristbands will be mailed prior to the event. Once shipped, RedWest is not responsible for incorrect or outdated shipping information provided by the purchaser.
When will tickets ship? How do I update my shipping address? When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will ship to you about a month before the festival. If you need to change your shipping address, log in to your Leap MyTickets account, click “sign in” then manage your order and shipping address there.
If you purchase your ticket within seven days of the festival, you will pick up your wristbands at Will Call located at the festival Box Office near the festival General Admission entrance.
If you do not receive your wristband by the week before the event, please reach out to Leap. You can then pick your tickets up at the Box office. Please have your Leap order confirmation and government-issued ID ready.
I never received my tickets
First, please log in to your Leap MyTickets account to confirm your order and verify that your tickets were successfully purchased. If you are having trouble accessing your account, please contact Leap support for assistance.
Once you have confirmed your order, please visit the Festival Box Office located near the General Admission entrance on the day of the event.
Replacement wristbands can only be issued to the original purchaser with a valid ID and proof of purchase, and only for tickets purchased through RedWest or our verified resale partner, Tixel.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with tickets purchased through third-party sellers or unauthorized resale platforms, and those wristbands may be invalid for entry.
How can I replace my wristband if it has been lost, damaged, or too tight?
All wristband replacements are subject to order verification.
If you require a replacement, the original purchaser must visit the Festival Box Office/Wristband Assistance near the festival entrances and present:
A government-issued ID
Order confirmation
The original wristband (if available)
A $25 wristband replacement fee will apply.
Replacement wristbands cannot be shipped prior to the festival. The only way to receive a replacement is in person at the festival Box Office.

Splitting 2-day passes into single day passes
2-day passes are only valid for the original ticket holder and cannot be split up or transferred for individual days. Each 2-day ticket is scanned and activated at entry, which grants access for the full festival weekend.
Do kids need tickets?
Kids 6 and under are free to enter general admission areas. All other areas (GA+, VIP, and VIP+) will require a ticket. Please bring a picture of their birth certificate for proof to enter.
Ticket and Wristband Policy
All sales are FINAL.
There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Only wristbands purchased through ShowClix or RedWest’s verified ticket exchange partners (including Tixel) are valid. Wristbands obtained through unauthorized sellers may be void and denied entry.
Wristbands must be securely fastened to the wrist by festival staff and must remain on the wrist for the entire duration of the festival. Wristbands may not be removed, transferred, exchanged, resold, or shared.
Do NOT remove your wristband between days. Any wristband that is cut, stretched, tampered with, removed, or altered in any way will be void and will not be accepted for entry.
If a wristband is removed by Festival staff or security, it will not be replaced.
If a wristband is lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively tightened, it may be replaced ONE TIME ONLY at the sole discretion of RedWest for the original purchaser with valid ID and proof of purchase. Replacement fees may apply.
RedWest reserves the right to refuse replacement if tampering is suspected.

Family 4-pack FAQ
What is a Family Four-Pack?
The Family Four-Pack is a discounted bundle of four tickets available for purchase as a package.
Do all four tickets have to be used by family members?
No. Despite the name, the tickets can be used by anyone. You’re welcome to share them with friends, family, or a mix of both.
Do attendees need to verify they are family?
No verification is required. There are no restrictions on who can use the tickets within the four-pack.
Do all four tickets need to enter the event at the same time?
No.
Can I split the tickets between different people?
Yes. You can distribute the tickets however you’d like. Each ticket can be used by a different person.
Is this just for families?
No. The Family Four-Pack is simply a discounted option for groups of four—any group can take advantage of it.
Can I transfer tickets to others?
Yes. Tickets can be transferred according to our standard ticket transfer policies.
Can wristbands be transferred between people?
No. Wristbands are non-transferable once issued and placed on a guest. Any attempt to transfer or share a wristband may result in confiscation of the wristband and removal from the event.
GENERAL INFO
Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?
Children ages 6 and under receive free GA access when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Please bring a picture of their birth certificate for verification at security check-in.
Will there be Re-Entrance?
Yes, all festival patrons can leave and re-enter the festival as many times as they need. Patrons will need to scan their wristbands and go through security each time they re-enter the festival grounds.
Can I apply to be to volunteer at RedWest?
Yes, please apply here.
Applications close September 16th. Must be 18 or older to participate.
Are there lockers at the festival?
Yes, you are able to purchase lockers at this link!
Are cash, debit and credit cards accepted?
RedWest is a 100% cashless festival.
Will there be flushable toilets and sinks available?
Yes, flushable restroom facilities will be available throughout the fairgrounds.
What will the general store have?
The general store—located inside RedWest Merch World—will have water, gum, deodorant, hygiene products, and more. More information and location details to follow.
Will there be free water?
Yes! Free water fill stations will be available. Bring your water bottle! Water bottles must be empty. No glass water bottles.
Are RV’s or overnight parking permitted?
No. RVs and overnight parking are not permitted on festival grounds. Please plan accordingly and arrange alternative accommodations or transportation.
Can I bring a chair or blanket to the venue?
No, chairs and blankets are not permitted. Shade and seating will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I bring in my prescription medicine?
All prescription medication must be in its original container with a label that matches the holder’s legal ID.

Is there seating available?
RedWest is a general admission (GA) festival, so there is no dedicated or assigned seating in the main viewing areas.
Guests should plan to stand for performances.
Limited seating will be available in designated areas, including VIP, VIP+, and select concession spaces.
These areas are first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.
If you require ADA seating or accommodations, please contact accessibility@redwestslc.com in advance so our team can assist you.
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and planning accordingly for a full day of music and activities!
Parking - FAQ
Is parking included with my ticket?
Parking is not included with any 2026 festival tickets.
Do I need to purchase a parking pass?
Yes. If you plan to drive, you will need to purchase a separate parking pass in advance.
How do I purchase parking?
Parking passes can be purchased online here.
Can I buy parking on-site?
Parking is limited and we strongly recommend purchasing in advance. Availability on-site is not guaranteed.
Can I leave my car overnight?
Overnight parking is not permitted. All vehicles must exit the parking area after the event each night.
HEALTH SAFETY SECURITY
What are you doing to ensure my health and safety at the festival?
RedWest works with security teams, local and federal law enforcement, fire services, and EMS personnel to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
ACCESSIBILITY
Does RedWest offer accommodations for patrons with disabilities?
Yes! Red West is partnering with ALL IN for 2026 to bring our patrons the Access Program. Our Access Center will be available for assistance located inside the venue. Accessible Viewing areas will be provided at both stages.
