  • How do I ask a question I cannot find here?
  • Where can I buy tickets?

    Please visit the Tickets tab on our website to purchase tickets for the festival. There will be different packages for you to select. Our official ticketing partner is ShowClix.

  • How do I check on my order?

    Please refer to support.showclix.com/s/ regarding all ticketing questions.

  • What time does the festival start?

    The festival will open at 11:30 AM each day. Arrive early to avoid longer lines.

  • Will the set times be posted in advance?

     Yes. Set times will be announced prior to the festival.

  • What are you doing to ensure my health and safety at the festival?

    RedWest has a team of security, state and federal law enforcement, fire and EMS personnel to make sure everyone stays safe.

  • Can I apply to have a vendor booth at RedWest?

  • Are you hiring volunteers at the festival?

    Yes, please email Info@Redwestslc.com with your interest.

  • Are there lockers at the festival?

    Lockers will be available to rent.

  • Are cash, debit and credit cards accepted?

    We will accept cash, card and tap to pay.

  • Will there be flushable toilets and sinks available?

    Yes there will be restroom facilities throughout the fairgrounds.

  • What will the general store have?

    The general store will be located in the RedWest Merch World.

  • Can I Bring an umbrella?

    Umbrellas are not permitted at the show.

  • How do I bring in my prescription medicine?

    Please bring all medical prescriptions in their original containers with labels matching the holder’s legal ID.

  • How do I bring in my insulin?

    Please take all insulin to medical staff to assist you with your insulin.

  • If I need medically required food, will you have it?

    Any medical item not available on the grounds may be brought in. Please bring an official doctor's note or prescription detailing the necessity of the medical item.

  • Where is the nearest bus/trax stop?

    Bus and Trax stops are one block from the venue.

  • Where is the drop off point?

    Drop off will be by the main entrance.

  • How do I learn more about sponsorship opportunities?

  • Does my child need a ticket?

    Children under 2 are free. If they are over 2, they will need to purchase a ticket.

  • Unsealed Tampons, Liquid Makeup, Aerosol Sunscreen or unsealed toiletry items (allowed in campgrounds only)
  • Musical Instruments (including Whistles, etc).
  • Tactical Gear, Walkie Talkies, etc.
  • Professional Recording Equipment – Photo, Video, or Audio (Including Detachable Lenses, Tripods, Go-Pro Sticks, etc). No Selfie Sticks.
  • Totems which contain metal or wooden pieces, sharpened elements, or are capable of being pounded into the ground or hurting others. Totems and flags without these pieces are deemed safe and adhering to these guidelines will be allowed.
  • Items deemed as posing a threat to the safe enjoyment of the concert by management.

Driving Directions

From Downtown Salt Lake

  1. The Fairpark is located at the corner of North Temple and 1000 West.
  2. Coming from downtown follow North Temple over the North Temple Viaduct that crosses I-15
  3. Turn right on 1000 West.

From I-15 Northbound and Southbound

  1. Exit I-15 at 600 North, Exit 309.
  2. Proceed west to 1000 West.
  3. Turn left and proceed south to Fairpark (approximately four blocks).

From I-215 Northbound and Southbound

  1. Exit I-215 at 700 North, Exit 23.
  2. Proceed east to 1000 West.
  3. Note: 700 North curves and turns into 600 North.
  4. Turn right at 1000 West and proceed south to the Fairpark (approximately four blocks).

From I-80 Eastbound

  1. Exit I-80 at Redwood Road.
  2. Turn left and proceed to North Temple (approximately three blocks).
  3. Turn right and proceed east on North Temple to Fairpark.

Public Transportation

TRAX

  • TRAX operates from approximately 5:30 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday every 15 minutes. Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 A.M. until 10:30 p.m every 20 minutes.
  • The Fairpark Station is on the Green Line.

FRONT RUNNER

FrontRunner operates Monday through Friday from approximately 5:10 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. and Saturday from 7:00 A.M. to midnight. FrontRunner does not operate on Sunday.

Weekday services end at 11:30 P.M.

BUS SCHEDULE

The two busses that service the Fairpark are Routes #519 and #520

#519 runs Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M. every 30 min and on Saturday 7:30 A.M. - 8:30 P.M. hourly. Sundays it runs from 8:30 A.M. - 6:30 P.M. hourly.

#520 does not run on Saturday and Sunday.
